The only way to get Rahma's Legacy in Skull and Bones is to buy it from Admiral Rahma in the Black Market for 1,000 Black Lotus Opium. To get to this NPC, you must work closely with Yanita Nara, moving along Helm’s quest line. Once you complete the Sink Or Swim quest, your next task will be the Mentari of the Unbound quest, within which you will learn more about the Admiral Rahma residence and gain access to the East Indies.

You can find Admiral Rahma's residence in a small coastal settlement called Telok Penjarah. The first time you talk to this NPC, you will not gain access to her store, so you must complete several of her quests before trade.

As for Black Lotus Opium, which is necessary for trading, getting it is even more difficult than finding a merchant. To get this in-game currency, you must have access to the shelter and the laboratory that is located in it. Using the Lab and Poppy, you can craft Blue Lotus Opium, and by spending 2 Blue Lotus Opium, you can make a black version of this substance. The bad news is that you won't get the recipe you need from the first minutes in the shelter. So first, use Helm Empire Overview, select the Upgrades tab, and upgrade Smuggler Operations to at least level 15.

After spending a lot of time on preparations, you will finally gain access to the powerful Rahma's Legacy. Rahma's Legacy can be placed either at the stern or at the front of the ship, allowing the weapon to be used for attack and retreat. In addition, the high base damage of 1164, Range of 450 meters, and high rate of fire make this weapon an excellent addition to your arsenal, completely justifying the high price.
