How to web enemies to walls in Spider-Man 2
The fan-favourite feature returns from the first Spider-Man game, and is activated in a very similar way. To web an enemy to a wall, get them close to one and press R1 rapidly. Assuming your webs were accurate, the enemy should be stuck fast after roughly six presses.
There's a similar process for webbing up enemies that aren't near walls; like the first game, enemies on the floor can be webbed up to keep them pacified while you heal or turn their friends into experience points.
You're not limited to walls, either - anything with enough surface area will do the job, ranging from cars to street lamps. It's great fun to experiment, and while the webs won't do any significant damage - you can rely on stealth takedowns for those - there's no better type of takedown to take a picture of.
