Need to reach Astoria in Spider-Man 2 and earn the Soar trophy? You'll need to learn how to wing-suit from the Financial District to Astoria in one long stretch. It's the best way to reach the fictional neighbourhood of the non-fictional district of Queens, New York City. Whatever your reason for going there, there's one clear-cut way to reach it in the most dramatic, show-boaty way possible.
With so many new traversal methods built into Spider-Man 2, making use of two of these is the key to reaching the area of Astoria. Down below, we'll run through exactly where to climb, stand, and orientate yourself to wing-suit all the way from the Financial District over to the area where some truly strange things have happened in the Marvel mythos.

It includes whether Spider-Man 2 is on PS4, whether or not Spider-Man 2 co-op is a thing given there are literally two of them running around the streets this time, and all confirmed Spider-Man 2 villains. See if your favourite is on the list, or leave it to be a nice (or sour) surprise as you play.
How to Wing-suit from Financial District to Azoria
Using the Spider-Man 2 wing-suit to get from the Financial District over to Azoria requires some serious airtime. To get that, you need to rely on a couple of new mechanics: the Super Slingshot skill and more than one Wind Tunnel. Get to the Financial District, which you can fast-travel to if you've unlocked enough of the area, to get started.
To glide all the way from the Financial District to Astoria, the best way involves simply setting a waypoint at the bottom-left of Astoria (it's the top of the new area) for guidance, getting up onto a tall building in the middle of the Financial District, and using its Super Slingshot point to fire you toward your target at high speeds.
Before you trigger the Super Slingshot on the tall middle building of the Financial District, just confirm that it'll springboard you in the necessary direction.
Once you shoot your shot, you should notice a wind tunnel going north along the streets close to the river. Take that wind tunnel and follow it to the second along the river itself. Continue north for a while and you should land just a few hundred metres from Astoria itself. Easy.
