Looking to mask a splash with a Splatoon 3 locker? Splatoon 3 is all about customisation, and keeping it fresh in front of your peers. Not only is there outfit and squid kid customisation options, but there's a locker room for us to jump into, and kit out our very own Splatoon 3 lockers.
The third game in the series has fixed up some issues of previous titles and expanded on what players loved most with new stages, clothing, and music on top of a new location and single-player mode. Splatoon 3 is out now, and ready for your ink.
Let's hop into more cool content for Splatoon 3. Check out our review for what we thought of the new game, and our guide on how to play the new Tableturf Battle minigame. Oh, and here's our Splatoon 3 weapons tier list, too.
How to get and add Splatoon 3 locker items
There are a few categories of things to put in and around your locker. We have stickers that can go inside and outside the locker, and decorations of all sizes for the inside. This includes a lot of Alterna-themed items, including an Easter Island head.
This includes weapons, bombs, clothing items, and some hooks and shelves to neaten up your personalised display.
These decorative items can be purchased from Hotlantis, found in Alterna, and won as rewards from the Shell Out machine or levelling up.
Splatoon 3 locker room location - How to get to your locker
The locker room is quite elusive to new players - to find it, head into the lobby. On the right-hand side, in between the battle pot and the Shell Out gacha machine, there are some frosted glass doors. As long as you're not waiting for a battle to start, you can head in there. That's the locker room.
How to get a bigger locker in Splatoon 3
Players start with a 'small' locker, and there are two larger variants that can be unlocked at levels 15 and 30. This can take quite a lot of grinding to reach, though, so be patient. The largest locker is definitely meant as a later-game reward.
Once you hit these levels, an exclamation point will appear above your locker, and will let you change the size of the locker for free. This level-up will also add more stock to Hotlantis, including locker colours!
How to change locker colour in Splatoon 3
Hotlantis will sell locker colours once you've hit level 15, but these are randomised each day in the changing stock. It may take a while to find a colour you like.
Colours we've personally seen so far include:
- Grey
- Cream
- Red
- Dark blue
- Light blue
- Light pink
- Magenta
- Yellow
- Forest green
- Teal
- Black
- White
While we work towards getting the biggest and freshest lockers that we can, we can also test all the hairstyles in Splatoon 3, and collect all of the weapons. Don't forget there's our abilities tier list to help you decide which to equip for each piece of clothing and improve your performance!
