How to change the time of the day in Starfield

So there are two ways to change the time of day in-game. The first method involves resting and sleeping on the bed, accelerating the passage of time. Moreover, your character gains health and XP while sleeping.

Another way to skip time in Starfield is to sit on a chair or toilet. You will see a pop-up menu on your screen while your character is sitting, which allows you to skip the time by moving the slider.

The slider lets you set the number of hours you want to skip, just like in Bethesda’s other RPGs. This is useful for some quests that require you to wait until the next day or a certain time. However, it is worth noting you won't gain any XP or health via this method.
