Warzone Mobile is about to hit the mobile gaming scene. This game promises to deliver an epic shooter experience that’ll have you glued to your phone screen for hours on end. And the big question on everyone’s mind is what game modes Warzone Mobile has.
Whether you're in the mood for a casual warm-up or ready to dive into an intense, sweat-inducing battle, Warzone Mobile aims to have something for everyone. It might not have as many game modes as it has maps, but fear not, there's still enough action-packed stuff to keep you hooked for ages.
But before we dive into this topic, feel free to take a look at our guide on how to check Warzone Mobile server status. Also, here's our article on whether Warzone Mobile has controller support, make sure to check it out.
Warzone Mobile game modes list
After the release of the game, gamers will have access to four game modes:
- Domination
- Kill Confirmed
- Team Deathmatch
- Search and Destroy
- Battle royale solos
- Battle royale duos
- Battle royale trios
- Battle royale quads
As you can see, there is currently no ranked mode among them, so you won't be able to stand out among other players with a high rank. It is not yet known whether the ranked mode will be added to Warzone Mobile, but given the demand for a competitive playlist, there's every chance the developers add it at a later date.
Domination
Like the other game modes on the list, Domination has already been seen in other Activision games. Here, all players will be divided into teams and your main goal will be to stay in the designated area as long as possible.
If your team stays in the area for a certain amount of time, the objective will be captured and you will receive points. You can also get points just by staying on the spot, so try to capture it as soon as possible and take a defensive position. After capturing an objective, a new one will appear on the map, and you will have to repeat this process until the time runs out or one of the teams wins by points.
Kill Confirmed
Kill Confirmed is a great mode if you like fast and aggressive gameplay. Here, players will be divided into teams, and the main goal will be to kill enemies to earn points.
In this case, after the death of the enemy, a dog tag will appear where they died, which you will need to pick up, and then the team will get points. Here you need to be an accurate shooter and a cunning strategist to kill as many enemies as possible and not die while collecting dog tags.
Team Deathmatch
Team Deathmatch is a basic and well-loved mode that is perfect for warming up before an important match. As in the other modes, all players will be divided into teams, and the main goal is simple: kill as many enemies as possible.
The mode is almost identical to Kill confirmed, but there is no need to collect dog tags to get points. So, cooperate with the team and be careful not to get ambushed by enemies.
Search and Destroy
Among the other game modes mentioned above, Search and Destroy stands out because the main goal here is not to kill enemies. Here, all players will be divided into two teams: attackers and defenders.
The goal of the attackers is to get to a point, plant a bomb there, and then defend it until it explodes. The goal of the defenders is to prevent the attackers from doing so, and if the bomb has already been planted, they need to defuse it. This mode is aimed at cooperation between players and good team building, so if you are great at interacting with others and a good strategist, you will enjoy Search and Destroy.
