How to cook in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

There are two ways you can cook in Tears of the Kingdom. The first involves utilising an open fire. If it's a campfire or a blazing inferno created by a dropped torch, any fire will do the trick.

Simply drop your ingredients near the fire and after a few seconds, the ingredients will cook into their roasted variants. Roasted food only restores a small amount of health so it's best to use the second, and more effective, cooking method.

The next method involves using a cooking pot. You can find a pot all over Hyrule and you're guaranteed to find one at any stable you visit. To use a cooking pot, open your inventory, choose your ingredients and start creating!
