The first Zelda Tears of the Kingdom voice actors have been officially revealed by Nintendo. From the trailers alone, many fans already sussed the voice actor of Ganondorf, but this was recently officially confirmed. Additionally, there have been some more actors confirmed for other roles in the game.
Even with our outspoken Link, we can be sure to see the classic Nintendo actor return to bring more grunts and groans. But, the community are most excited about the reveal of Ganon's voice, as a fan favourite in the anime community. Who is the Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Ganondorf voice actor?
The Zelda community was pretty savvy when it came to recognising the voice of Ganondorf. Very quickly, fans started to realise that the iconic voice actor Matt Mercer was voicing an even more iconic character, Ganondorf. When sharing this information Zelda fans went wild, commenting support on his official Twitter post.

The gratitude and excitement about this announcement can really be seen through his announcement tweet. Fans can really feel the passion of this man and his new role in the game. Many fans think that Nintendo reached out to him due to his Super Smash Bros Brawl parody, where he voiced Ganon.
However, his voice-over work is well sought after, and has a big presence across many pop culture references. His career has spanned many different anime, games, and general media but some classic characters he has voiced include:

- Chrom in Fire Emblem

Who is the Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Link voice actor?
The voice actor for Link in Tears of the Kingdom remains the same. Kengo Takanashi is the legendary voice actor who will be returning for a new role in the new Zelda game.
However, the voice actor has also had other roles as Link in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as well as Wild Hearts. Similar to Matthew Mercer, Kengo Takanashi has also done some voice work for different anime too.
Other voice actors in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The voice of another minor character in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is the voice actor for Tarin.
Tarin is the father of Marin, who loves mushrooms and regularly hunts for them. His first appearance was in Link's Awakening. However, he will be returning in the next Zelda game and will be voiced by Rob Riddell.
A lesser-known voice actor, Riddell has played many background or lesser characters in a variety of American TV shows.
