You can farm these materials from Combat Simulation at the HIA Club as long as you have Battery Charge to spend. The 141 Store on Sixth Street may also have some of these materials for sale since they restock items after every weekly reset.
How to Get Soukaku in Zenless Zone Zero
You can a copy of Soukaku for free from the Eridu Frontier event. This requires you to clear the third stage of the Stable Node in Shiyu Defense. You can also pick up additional copies of Soukaku from any character banner in the game, though this does require a bit of luck.
