Full vaulted and unvaulted weapons list

There are a whole new batch of weapons arriving with the current season of Fortnite. The first is the Ex-Caliber rifle, a gun that fires ballistic blades at enemies, that explode after just a few moments.

As well as this, you can grab the Thunder Shotgun, a pump-action shotgun capable of doing huge damage two rounds at a time. If you like shotguns, you can also find the Maven Auto Shotgun. Capable of firing many rounds at a high pace, this is a consistent gun that is good for multiple enemies.

If you aren't too into shotguns, you can pick up the Red-Eye Assault rifle instead. This is a standard assault rifle that comes with a red dot sight, giving improved accuracy. You can also pick up the Twin Mag SMG, granting a much quicker reload rate. As well as this, you can now grab the Tactical Pistol. Powerful and small, this is the perfect sidearm.

Finally, the Shockwave Hammer is now in the game. This does large AOE melee damage and can also launch yourself forward.

Rebalance of gun system

If you head to Reddit or other Fortnite forums, you will see how much people complain about the Goo Gun. Diehards argue it does too much damage, allowing low-skill players to dominate over more experienced players. Moreover, the Goo Gun is hard to dodge and has a significant fire area. Therefore, it is likely to be nerfed or removed entirely in Chapter 4 Season 1.

So, expect plenty of significant balance changes to release in the new update.
