League of Legends developer Riot Games announced today that there is going to be a MASSIVE cross game event coming. The League of Legends Star Guardian global event promises to bring a ton of great content in and out of game.
The event series is bringing event passes with exclusive rewards for all of the games in the League of Legends universe. We're also going to see new Merch and Music collaberations, which are always exciting!

When Does the League of Legends Star Guardian Event Launch?
The League of Legends Star Guardian Global Event launches on July 14, 2022. The event will run for 10 weeks, with content and events slated for League of Legends, Wild Rift, Teamfight Tactics and Legends of Runeterra.
Addtionally, we'll see some new Star Guardian Themed Merch, as well as two music collaborations to get things going.
Music Collaborations
The Star Guardian event will kick off with a brand new song and music video release from Porter Robinson, titled "Everything Goes On". This will premiere on July 14 on YouTube at 8 AM PST. The other new music entry from Riot is a new Sessions drop! This one is Sessions: Star Guardian Taliyah, and came out yesterday morning.
The Sessions albums are full albums produced by Riot in collaboration with other artists. This music is DMCA safe, and Riot has explicitly given all creators the ability to use this music in their content. The previous two sessions albums have been streamed over 43 million times. Sessions: Star Guardian Taliyah has a suite of electronic dance music with some glitch pop, future funk, and kawaii bass influences. Here's a list of the artists who contributed to this album.

Event Pass and Skins
In additon to the music, we have event passes and skins coming to many of the games. We have Event passes coming League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift and Legends of Runterra. These will have special missions to unlock event rewards.

There's some merch coming out as well! The Good Smile Company is going to be releases two figures, Star Guardian Zoe and Star Guardian Jinx. These will be 1/7 scale, and will be available for preorder on July 14.
We're also going to see two Secretlab Star Guardian pillows. The regular one will be available July 14, and the Twlight Star Guardian pillow will be available in August. RockLove Jewelry will be putting out a Star Guardian Soraka Wand Pendant, a Star Guardian Ina Ring, as well as other pieces. Be sure to check those out as well.
Additionally, there will be other Star Guardian themed merch coming in the Riot Store, so make sure to check out those when they drop.
