In the interactive world of InZOI, your Zois are more than just characters. They are virtually created individuals who have dreams, ambitions, and needs just like a real-life human. The ultimate goal of this game is to shape your character into a successful person, but when you neglect their basic needs, it creates problems.
If you want to be successful in InZOI, you have to manage these needs and keep your Zois happy and healthy. The game features a total of eight needs, including Hunger, Sleep, Bathroom, Fun, Social, Recognition, Cleanliness, and Vigor.

All Needs in InZOI
To manage your character’s mood in InZOI, you have to balance all of your Zoi’s needs and make sure they are well and happy. If you ignore these needs, they will create discomfort that can affect Zoi’s relationships and destiny. Here’s a closer look at all the needs in InZOI and how to manage them efficiently.
Hunger
Hunger is your Zoi's most basic and straightforward need. When you ignore hunger, it creates discomfort and if left unchecked, it can also lead to starvation. Like everybody, your Zois also needs food to survive, and the best way to fulfill this need is by eating meals.
You can either prepare them at home or purchase food items from vending machines or restaurants. Every meal your Zoi eats will help them replenish their hunger. However, each food item has a different nutritional value; for example, home-cooked dishes offer more satisfaction compared to others.
Sleep
Sleep is an important need for your Zoi’s physical and mental health. When your Zois do not get sufficient sleep, they develop fatigue. If you ignore this fatigue for a longer duration, it can be fatal. To manage this, allow your Zois to rest on their bed and wait until they are fully recharged.
For a quick recharge, let your Zois take a short nap on a chair or sofa, though this won’t fully restore their energy. To keep them well-rested, maintaining a proper sleep cycle is key. Make sure they have a quiet, distraction-free sleeping space for the best results.
Bathroom
After eating food and drinks, your Zois will need to use the bathroom. Simply, go to any nearby toilet, either at home or in public toilets to manage this need. If you ignore this need for a longer duration, it can make your Zoi uncomfortable and distracted, which can affect their personal life.
Whenever this need arises, visit the nearest toilet. If you are away from home or town, use the local restrooms or venue toilets or visit home if possible. However, avoid frequent bathroom breaks because they can also affect their activities.
Fun
Your Zois aren’t just about survival—they need entertainment to stay happy. Pay attention to their interests and preferences, then choose activities that match. For example, if your Zoi has the Knowledge Seeker ambition, encourage them to read. Finding the right activities will keep them engaged and fulfilled.
Apart from reading, you can also choose exercising, playing games, watching TV, or engaging in hobbies. These activities will help them relieve stress and prevent boredom and frustration.
Social
Like a real person, your Zois also can not stay alone in their life and need interaction and friendships with others. If you neglect social interactions, your Zois will start feeling isolated and become unhappy. To avoid that, build and maintain relationships with other Zois.
This can be done by simply engaging in conversations with other Zois, sharing meals, and interacting with others during community activities. For an ideal social life, go to social events regularly and participate in these events to increase your Zoi's bonding.
Recognition
Although this is a simulation world, your Zois still wants to feel valued and acknowledged by others. A lack of recognition can make them feel underappreciated, which can lead to sadness and frustration.
To earn recognition, first show admiration and praise to other Zois because this need involves social interaction and karma. Engage in positive interactions and get compliments and appreciation from other Zois. If you are good with others, you are more likely to receive praise and vice versa.
Cleanliness
Cleanliness is important for your Zoi’s comfort and happiness. Although being dirty won’t directly harm them, it will negatively impact their mood and social interactions. To manage hygiene, regularly use a shower, bath, or sink.
Brushing teeth or washing hands can provide minor boosts to cleanliness, but aren’t as effective as a full wash. Keep your Zois always clean to make sure they can confidently engage in social activities that can increase their overall well-being.
Vigor
To prevent burnout and exhaustion, it is important to maintain Vigor. Your Zois need to take a rest from work. Instead of working, they need to enjoy their favorite hobbies and engaging recreational activities along with rest.
This need is especially important because low Vigor can eventually make them feel less motivated, lethargic, and struggle to perform tasks efficiently. Make sure to prioritize your Zoi’s hobbies and rest to manage Vigor effectively.
