Currently, there is no official word on whether Legends of Runeterra will arrive on MAC.
The good news is that there isn't any information about it NOT being supported on MAC.
Riot Games usually has a good track record for supporting Apple products - since it's arriving on iOS, it seems likely it will come to MAC.
