Luna Snow is a Strategist in Marvel Rivals. While you’d expect her to be more of a supportive character due to her role—she’s highly dynamic. Through her ice-based attributes, she can not only provide healing abilities to her allies but also immobilize her enemies, mixing crowd control with support. She’s also appreciable when it comes to dealing damage.

Luna Snow Abilities in Marvel Rivals
Since Luna is a Strategist in Marvel Rivals, her role focuses on providing crucial support for her allies. In that case, characters who can capitalize or complement the character effectively stand out as the best duos for her. Before doing so, though, it’s vital to understand how Luna Snow operates.
Her Frostbite Strike is a great ability to begin with. Here, Luna Snow unleashes a mid-range attack which is capable of significantly harming her enemies with icey damage. Additionally, it also has an immobilization effect, where opponents are slowed down with the offense upon impact.

+ 4Another core ability here is Glacial Wave. Here, Luna sends out a wave of ice that not only damages her opponents but also freezes them—the ones that are in the range of the attack, that is.
Arguably one of the most over-powered abilities of Luna Snow is Dual Nature. Here, she can switch between offensive and supportive modes. Talking about the former, the Ice Mode, Luna focuses on dealing damage and playing aggressively. In the latter, the Healing Mode, the character takes a step back and goes all-in on healing her allies and supporting them.

1. Doctor Strange (Vanguard)

For instance, Strange’s Eye of Agamotto, where he can create teleportation portals for Luna Snow, allows her to maneuver across various locations of the map comfortably. This allows the character to gain strategic locations on the battlefield, increasing her potency in the game.
That being said, Luna’s still a Strategist. Unlike Doctor Strange, she doesn’t have an impressive health bar and would be vulnerable regularly on the battlefield when having to confront her enemies. In that case, Strange’s Shield of the Seraphim is a massive help, where the character can generate protective barriers for Luna, allowing her to avoid incoming damage.
Additionally, Doctor Strange’s Crimson Bands of Cyttorak can bind enemies in place, preventing them from escaping Luna Snow’s Glacial Wave or Frozen Crescendo.
2. Spider-Man (Duelist)

For starters, Spidey’s Web Shot ability allows him to immobilize his foes, them easy targets for Luna’s Frostbite Strike or Glacial Wave. Through the same icey abilities, Luna can immobilize the enemies as well, creating gaps for Peter to flank the enemies.
Another key aspect of their synergy is the webhead's Spider-Sense ability. This allows him to alert Luna Snow of incoming danger, acting as a front-line scout and giving his duo the space to reposition off to strategic spots on the battlefield.
3. Scarlet Witch (Duelist)

A great example here is Scarlet’s Chaos Magic. Here, the character can manipulate her enemies’ movement in real-time, forcing them to give in to Luna Snow’s freezing abilities. Afterward, both characters can damage their opponents effortlessly for a brief period, without expecting reciprocal damage in return.
Like Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch can also use her skillset to increase Luna Snow’s durability in the game.
This is done through the former’s Probability Manipulation. As the name suggests, it decreases the enemy’s accuracy. When both heroes unleash their ultimates together—Luna’s Frozen Crescendo and Scarlet Witch’s Dark Surge—they can wipe out entire enemy teams with a devastating combination of magic and ice.
Finally, Scarlet’s Hex Bolts. Here, the character can deal consistent ranged damage to her enemies. When Luna utilizes her freezing abilities, this task becomes all the more effortless for the Scarlet Witch.
