Mass Effect Trilogy, the re-release of Bioware's sci-fi RPG titles, will be known as the "Legendary Edition", according to Jeff Grubb of Venturebeat.
In an appearance on the Xbox Expansion Pass podcast, Grubb noted that the port may not launch on the Nintendo Switch.

Mass Effect Trilogy Not Coming To Switch
Grubb has also noted that he'll share more details on the "Legendary Edition" later this week.
Allegedly, the name isn't "Mass Effect Trilogy" because an existing version of the games under that name already exists on multiple platforms.
EA had previously confirmed at its June EA Play event that seven games will be coming to the Nintendo Switch in the next calendar year, but it now looks as though Mass Effect won't be one of them - at least not yet.
Grubb notes that "EA has multiple games coming to Nintendo Switch and Mass Effect is definitely not one of them".
“Not yet, anyhow. If that happens, it won’t happen in that one-year window that they talked about in their last shareholder meeting.”
The Switch version did appear on a Portuguese retailer's website, but this is also likely to be a placeholder.
It was Grubb himself that had previously outed the remaster as one of EA's "HD Titles" slated to release in the current financial year.
It sounds as though it'll come to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and it'll be interesting to see if the games are compatible with next-gen systems, too.
The trilogy has been rumoured for some time, but a recent art book listing on Amazon suggested it'll launch in March 2021. Find out more here.
If you've not played them, the original Mass Effect titles stand up as some of Bioware's best. While combat was a bit clunky in the first game, the second and third titles polished things to offer a satisfying RPG with fun shooting mechanics.
