Type-Moon Games has finally revealed the first Melty Blood Type Lumina DLC character promised for release this December. This new character will be Dead Apostle Noel and is the vampire version of Ciel's work partner in the story. So far, she sports a different playstyle when in this form.
As seen on her reveal trailer, Dead Apostle Noel still enjoys the range of the regular Noel while having a lot of projectiles to throw at her opponents. In addition to throwing spears, she can also leave some spears on the floor to make them explode with energy later on. Potentially, she can be a full-fledged zoner with setup gameplay to fully control the flow of battle.

In the Tsukihime remake, the existence of this character is a spoiler but the developers have been warning players about some of the game's playable cast before introducing them in Melty Blood.
Here is her character description, via the game’s official website:
A certain executor who has become a dead apostle. She now appears as a girl at her most lovely, who has also acquired the Mystic Eyes of Roses in addition to the abilities of a dead apostle.
She is able to forcefully remove the soul of her target and lock them away in her Mystic Eyes of Roses, where they experience an unending nightmare. Not only that, but she is also able to manipulate a large number of spears (bells) in a battle style evocative of a dancing butterfly.
Despite the reveal for Dead Apostle Noel, the developers have yet to reveal her official release date. For now, all we know is that she will release at some point in Winter 2021. Stay tuned for more details as we get them.
