Palworld introduces fans to Bellanoir, the game’s first Raid Boss

Palworld continues to give fans more content, as the creature-catching survival sim has announced its first raid for players to take part in. This raid introduces a new Pal called Bellanoir, a powerful new Pal that might destroy Palpagos islands if players don’t band together to stop them.

Announced on the game’s official Twitter, Bellanoir makes an incredible entrance, as this Pal is introduced with fire raining down on the islands. Bellanoir has been described as a new evil Pal, so players must team up to take this creature down. Tamers will want to train their Pals to high levels since this looks like it’s going to be a tough fight.

No release date for the first Palworld raid was revealed, though the post does say that it will be “coming soon.” The lack of a release date is a bit disappointing, but the fact that we’re finally getting content from that roadmap is a good sign for this game’s future.

Fans were pretty happy when the devs at Pocket Pair shared the game’s roadmap, showing a ton of promising content that could be coming to the survival sim. Raids were a part of that promise and it looks like that’s coming to fruition with the upcoming appearance of Bellanoir.

We’re still waiting for more Palworld content, including PvP and cross-play support, but this is a good first step for the survival sim. Live-service games live and die by the content they churn out, so the devs will need to come up with more features to entice players.

Despite some controversy early on, it seems that most PC and Xbox players are down with what Palworld has to put out. The game has already sold millions of copies and has been reviewed 250,000 times on Steam, possibly more.

Palworld is currently available on Xbox Series and PC. The game is also available on Game Pass, so anyone with this service will be able to play it.
