Pokemon GO raid hours: October 2023

Every Wednesday from 6PM-7PM in every time zone, you'll get an hour to battle the current month's five-star raid Pokemon by approaching any gym that has a raid happening inside. The table below shows the most common Pokemon you can expect to see in these five star raids.

October will see plenty of dark-type Pokemon take to the stage throughout the month. As such, you'll have plenty of chances to grab Greavard, Sandygast and Shuppet. It becomes quite easy easy to catch a stack of these Pokemon if you're able to reliably find and win fights against them.

You've also got a bunch of other beasts to capture, with Gengar and various mega Pokemon all up in raids this month. They're all fairly rare to find in the game, so it's a great chance to complete some hard-to-find Pokedex entries.

What are the next Pokemon GO raid bosses?

November is almost upon us, but several legendary Pokemon are on their way to see us off. The highlight is probably Darkrai, one of the edgiest Pokemon in the series, coming to round out October.

There are a bunch of mega raids ongoing too, with Mega Gengar available throughout most of the month. It's a great chance to snag these Pokemon at just the right time.
