In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you'll encounter Ursaluna, protected by Warden Calaba. The bear Pokémon is our personal Dowsing Monitor, and is a welcome addition to the evolutionary chain of Teddiursa and Ursaring. Although, evolving Ursaring into Ursaluna can prove to be a bit of a task.
After riding atop the back of Ursaluna a few times and hunting for treasure, like Black Augurite (used to evolve Kleavor), it's hard to resist the temptation to get one added to your roster of Pokémon. It's also necessary to grab one if you wish to complete the Pokédex, but evolving Ursaring is a little tricky.
Without further ado, how do we actually evolve Ursaring? In this guide, we explain where to get yourself a Teddiursa or Ursaring, and how to ultimately evolve them into Ursaluna in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
How to Evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
First things first, if you want to get your hands on an Ursaluna, you'll need Teddiursa or Ursaring first. Teddiursa, the little bear 'mon, can be found in the suitably named Ursa's Ring area of Crimson Mirelands or Sonorous Path or Coronet Highlands. Alternatively, you can pick up and Ursaring from both of these areas too.
If you've picked up a Teddiursa, they'll evolve into Ursaring at Level 30. Next, it's time to evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna. To do this, you'll need to give Ursaluna a Peat Block, in the Crimson Mirelands, under a full moon.
That's a lot of requirements, right? Well, it's arguably worth it for the normal/ground-type Pokémon. A Peat Block can be found by using Ursaluna to dig for treasure in the Cobalt Coastlands. However, the item is also a reward for Request 77: Gone Astray in the Icelands which can be picked up by speaking with Zeke in Jubilife Village.
As for getting a full moon, you're fortunate enough that the weather and time of day can be manipulated from any Base Camp in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Simply sleep away until you come across a full moon in Crimson Mirelands, ensure your Ursaring has the Peat Block, and soon enough, you'll see that they can be evolved!
