The Last of Us PS5 Remake Reportedly Coming Out This Year
The Last of Us was previously remastered for the PS4, giving fans a better-looking version of the PS3 classic running at 60fps and compiled with the extra DLC. Another patch was later released that significantly cut PS4 loading times on PS4, and a native PS5 remake could boost this even further.
Similarly, The Last of Us Part II has seen further enhancements since it's initial release, receiving a patch that enabled 60fps on PS5. Whilst controversy arose surrounding Naughty Dog's alleged harsh working environment, it was critically acclaimed, winning Game of the Year in The Game Awards.
How would The Last of Us PS5 fare as a remake? Hopefully it won't be long to discover if these rumors are true.
