One of the very first exclusive games to launch on the PS4 was Ready At Dawn's third-person action-adventure The Order: 1886. Whilst the striking steampunk inspired cover-shooter was beloved by some, it received mixed reviews. Given we're now over 6 years on from the launch of the game, a sequel to The Order: 1886 seems pretty unlikely, but with Sony keen to bring more exclusives to PC and with updated visuals, an upgrade for PS5 doesn't sound all that far-fetched. Here's everything we know.
Does The Order 1886 Have A PS5 Update With 4K & 60 FPS?
At the time of writing The Order 1886 does not have a PS5 upgrade and will not run at 4K or 60 FPS. Whilst the game can be played on PS5 consoles via backwards compatibility, it runs at 1080p and it locked at 30 FPS. But there's always a possibility this could change in the future.

The trademark was filed in the US on December 9 and quite what it could mean is anyone's guess right now. Is Sony planning a follow-up (likely without Ready At Dawn)? Maybe, although if we're honest we'd think it would be unlikely.
It could be Sony simply trying to preserve their trademark. Still, we imagine that releasing a PS5 update of the underrated launch title would be a great way to test the waters to see if fans are still interested in the IP. Watch this space...
