Following Deathloop's critical success, many Arkane fans are looking forward to Redfall, an Xbox-exclusive co-op shooter due out this Summer. Fans are pretty excited for it, though if rumours are to be believed, Redfall could be facing delays.

According to the Defining Dukes podcast (thanks GamingBolt), Redfall could miss that Summer 2022 release window, pushing into the 2022 Holiday season instead. So far, we haven’t seen much Redfall news since that initial reveal last year, though there's still plenty of time before Summer.

Redfall Reportedly Missing Its Summer 2022 Release Window

We'd advise taking the news with a grain of salt, as neither Microsoft or Arkane have officially commented on a potential delay. It's possible that Microsoft's simply waiting until closer to launch for further reveals, and an E3 2022 appearance seems likely.

Redfall is an open-world co-op game from Arkane Studios - who previously developed Prey, Deathloop, and the Dishonored series - that launches exclusively for Xbox Series X|S and PC platyforms. If Redfall's getting delayed to Holiday 2022, we'll be sure to keep you informed as we hear more.
