How do I use codes?
- Boot up Mad City, either via the Roblox game page, or the mobile app
- Once you’ve selected an alliance and loaded it into a server, press the Menu icon on the right-hand side. It’s located right next to an image of a phone.
- This will bring up a series of icons. You’ll need to tap the Codes button, which is emblazoned with the Twitter bird.
- This pulls up a text box, in which you’ll type your code from our list.
- Hit the Redeem button, and if the code is valid, you’ll get a message detailing your new acquisitions. Enjoy!
Unlike a life of crime, redeeming your Mad City codes is nice, easy, and stress-free. So you can follow the same steps above whether you’re playing on PC or mobile, too. You don't need to worry about missing out on codes if you're not by your PC, laptop, or Xbox. Your phone or tablet will work just as well.
Why are my Mad City codes not working?
It may simply be a case of trying to redeem a code that has since expired. Be sure to check back with us regularly, as we'll update this list with any new codes, as well as those that have expired.
What are Mad City codes?
As you might expect, these codes are much-welcomed freebies that provide you with gifts in the crime-infested Roblox game. First and foremost, they grant you access to a bevvy of promotional cosmetic items.
These are primarily themed around a range of online creators, who have teamed up with Mad City. They let you spice up your vehicle with some exclusive wraps so you’ll look a cut above other players. That’s on top of weapons skins, too, which ensure your chosen tool of destruction or salvation matches your vehicle’s fancy appearance.

These codes can also give you access to a delightful dose of in-game cash. As you might expect, this is used as the base currency. Its uses are rather limited: it can only be used to purchase new vehicles, weapons, and upgrades. However, a payout of 100,000 cash will give you plenty of choice early on.
How do I get more codes?
Once you’ve redeemed our codes in Mad City, you’ll no doubt want to know how you can get your hands on even more. Your first port of call should be the Schwifty Studios Twitter page. New codes are almost always posted there. The developers also have a Discord server, which we recommend joining in case new codes are posted in the updates log.
But the easiest way, however, is to bookmark this page and check back regularly. We’ll be updating our list as and when new Mad City codes are released, so stick with us to ensure you don’t miss out.
When will the next Mad City codes drop be?
Don’t get your hopes up for any new codes just yet. Back in October 2020, Schwifty Studios released a statement saying that issues with development would cause updates to arrive more infrequently than usual. That said, they’ve recently advertised for new QA testers, and added some new guns to private servers, suggesting something might be coming soon. The official Twitter page teases an upcoming 'Chapter 2', which will likely revolutionise the Mad City experience.
But there you have it, that's everything you need to know about finding and redeeming codes in Mad City! While you're here, be sure to check out our other handy codes lists for games like Blox Fruits and Shindo Life, and be sure you don't miss out on any freebies.
