Spider-Man: No Way Home surprised fans by bringing back Charlie Cox as Daredevil. Following the superhero's return, many have been asking what's next for the Hell's Kitchen savior.
The British actor spoke to Supernova about his unexpected appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home. During the interview, he voiced his desire to don the red mask for as long as possible.
Charlie Cox Wants to Play Daredevil Forever
Charlie Cox voiced how much he enjoyed making the Netflix show. In doing so, he implies that he would like to portray Matt Murdock in countless future projects:
I loved every single minute of making the show. And so, to be asked to come back and to be involved in any capacity is absolutely thrilling to me. And I hope, I don’t want to sound greedy, but I hope I get to do loads more. I hope I get to be involved way, way more for many years. I hope it never ends.
No Way Home marked the first time a Marvel Netflix character had interacted with an MCU hero on the big screen. Following the Masked Man's return, Cox is hoping for more team-ups heading forward:
The one thing that being in the MCU allows that we couldn’t really do with the Netflix stuff, is that I can now interact with other MCU characters. So, that would be really cool. Crossovers is the thing I would like to do next.
After the rejuvenation of The Devil of Hell's Kitchen, and even Kingpin in the Disney+ Hawkeye series, the future is wide open for Daredevil and co.
