Given Luke Skywalker's surprise appearance in The Mandalorian, C-3PO could pop up in Obi-Wan Kenobi or other Disney+ shows. But due to the mo-cap costume, it's likely Daniels could be filming for Star Wars: A Droid Story.

The animated film is due to premiere on Disney+, following C-3PO and R2-D2 as they lead a new generation of droids (via Lucasfilm):

This epic journey will introduce us to a new hero, guided by legendary duo R2-D2 and C-3PO on a special mission known only to them. "As we continue to develop new stories, the intersection of animation and visual effects offers new opportunities for us to explore. Lucasfilm Animation will be teaming up with our unparalleled visual effects team, ILM [Industrial Light & Magic], to develop a special Star Wars adventure for Disney+, 'A Droid Story.'"

Daniels is a Star Wars veteran, having played the character in every live-action Star Wars film while voicing the character across a number of projects, including The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels. So it's hard to see anyone else carrying the shiny, golden mantle.
