The Stardew Valley Community Center is a place just north of the town, and Mayor Lewis takes you to visit in the first year. It used to be the heart of the town, but over the years it has fallen into disrepair. Mayor Lewis tasks you with figuring out the "rat problem" and it soon becomes your job to fix the building. So we're here to show you how to repair the community center in Stardew Valley.

How to Repair the Stardew Valley Community Center
1. Solve the rat mystery
You unlock the Community Center on the 5th day of Spring in your first year. When you head there with Mayor Lewis you will see something odd but he will not, and he's therefore convinced that the place is filled with rats. Once he leaves, head back into the community center and follow the path on your left. You should come across a room that looks like this:
Read the scroll in the centre of this room, but don't be surprised that you will not be able to decipher it. The next morning you should have a letter in your mailbox from Rasmodius the Wizard.
Go and find Rasmodius in his tower on the west side of Pelican Town. If you are having trouble finding it, the tower is marked on your map. When you have found his tower, head inside and talk to Rasmodius. After a cutscene, you will learn that the little "rats" are actually spirits that are called Junimos, and Rasmodius will give you the ability to understand their scrolls.
2. Read the scroll again
Head back to the Community Center and back to the room with the scroll in it. Interact with the scroll to read it once more, and you should be able to understand it now. There will be a tree with several different bundles/packages on it.
Your first job is to fill up one of these bundles. The easiest way to fill one quickly is to focus on the bundle for the season you are on. So if you are close to the end of that season, then focus on the one that's coming, and so on. When you have filled one of these bundles, click on the large gift at the base of the tree to claim your reward.
You can also check what the community center needs at any time, by clicking on the golden scroll menu in the top right corner of the pause menu.
But while you're here, if you're enjoying Stardew Valley then you should take a look at the rest of our guides for it in our walkthrough hub.
3. Complete the bundles for each scroll
After completing one bundle, a few more scrolls will appear in different areas of the community center. Each scroll will have a set of bundles that you need to complete, but all of them will be for different types of things.

We made a final table detailing what you need to complete this mystery bundle because it's definitely worth doing. You get a movie theatre from it!
Abandoned Joja Mart bundle | Items needed | Reward |

The missing bundle | Silver or better quality wine (any), dinosaur mayonnaise, prismatic shard, gold quality ancient fruit x5, gold or iridium quality void salmon, caviar | Movie theatre! |
So there you have it, when you have completed all of these bundles, the Stardew Valley community center will be restored to all its former glory.
Restoring the Stardew Valley community center is a big task, but it will highly improve the life of all the Pelican Town residents if you manage it. Although, there is another way to go about fixing the things around town, so if you want to skip the community center altogether, you can give all of your money to Joja Corp instead.
