So, without further ado, here is everything you need to know about The Legend Of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.
When Will The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom Release?
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom will be released exclusively on Nintendo on September 26, 2024.
Both digital and physical copies of the game are priced at $59.99, and fans of the Zelda franchise can now pre-order them.
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom Gameplay and Trailer
Featuring the titular princess, Zelda will be the main protagonist of the game for the very first time. Albeit having the franchise named after her, Zelda was only Link's supporting character until now.
Echoes Of Wisdom will let players control Zelda throughout the game, as Link is currently stuck in another dimension because of dark rifts scattered throughout Hyrule. It is up to the princess to save her kingdom and Link.
Zelda wields the Tri-rod and is accompanied by a glowing yellow fairy named Tri. The Tri-rod allows Zelda to create copies of virtually anything using Echoes.
For example, Zelda can create a table echo to create a table so she can jump to higher places. A water block echo will help Zelda extinguish fires, and monster echoes will fight alongside her. Zelda can also utilize powerful automatons on top of her wide array of echoes.
Another ability that Zelda can use is the Bind ability, which binds the object to Zelda and follows her wherever she goes. The Bind ability is very handy when moving heavy objects or repositioning enemies.
The Reverse Bond ability is another ability that Zelda can use. It reverses the effects of the Bind ability and lets Zelda follow objects, enemies, or echoes.
Various rifts plague Hyrule and Zelda can enter them with Tri. The Still World contains parts of Hyrule, including people. Dungeons are also found in the Still World, and major puzzles and bosses can be encountered in these areas.
Another new feature that The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom introduces is Zelda wielding a sword, which lets her attack directly. This is called the Swordfighter Form and has limited uses tied to a gauge. Energy found in the Still World will replenish Zelda's Swordfighter From gauge, allowing her to use the ability more frequently.
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom will also feature equipable items and changeable outfits. Zelda can switch her attire anytime and equip herself with items that give her certain buffs and abilities. Fast traveling around the multiple regions of Hyrule will be a breeze via checkpoints or horses.
