Uncharted is coming to the big screen with Tom Holland taking the role of Nathan Drake. While we've seen a few trailers, a new preview showcases the treasure hunter in the heat of the action. Revealed during Sony's CES 2022 press conference, an extended clip pits Drake in a perilous set-piece that many fans will find familiar.
In a clip spanning nearly 2 and a half minutes, Nathan Drake finds himself hanging off a cargo plane with a long drop to the desert below. Fans of the game will immediately recognise the set piece, as the scene's taken straight out of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

Acting as an origin for the treasure hunter on the big screen, this adaptation also features Mark Wahlberg as Sully; a younger version of the character compared to the games. Accompanying the film is a re-release of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, which have been remastered for PS5 and PC.
Uncharted 3 also celebrated its 10th-anniversary last month. Naughty Dog commemorated this occasion by detailing the production of the very same cargo sequence, which clearly left a lasting impact considering its reimagining in the upcoming movie.
