Tom Holland's best known as Spider-Man these days, though it's long been confirmed that he'll appear as Nathan Drake in Uncharted's upcoming film. Evidently, he's a series fan, as the Spider-Man crew had to interfere with his playthroughs to continue filming.
As seen from Tom Holland's appearance at CES 2022, Holland confirmed that he loved the Uncharted games, playing them on the filming set of No Way Home. Holland confirmed that he and his friend were too occupied in playing Uncharted, explaining that "he had to finish this mission" to the crew that pulled him out of the trailer in the set.

Tom Holland Dragged Away from Uncharted During Set of Spider-Man Filming
Nevertheless, the Spider-Man films turned out well and Holland's experience with the Uncharted games ultimately "started the conversation" on the movie idea, which helped in landing his lead role in the movie. Uncharted's movie is slated for release this February 18th.
We've yet to hear if there'll be a sequel after the Uncharted movie. Holland plans to take a break from acting after the Spider-Man movies, which could also affect reprising his role as an Uncharted lead character moving forward.
